# Terms and Conditions for Reborn Fanatics
## 1. General
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of handmade dolls and accessories
("Products") by Reborn Fanatics ("we", "us", "our") to you.
## 2. Products
All Products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any
order or reject all or part of an order without prior notice.
## 3. No Warranty
Products sold by us are provided 'as is' without any guarantees or warranty. In association with
the product, we make no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not
limited to warranties of merchant-ability, fitness for a particular purpose, of title, or of
non infringement of third party rights.
## 4. Layby Terms
We offer a layby term of 3 months. If a payment is missed for 1 month, the deposit will be
forfeited.
## 5. Confirmation of Quantity and Quality
Upon receiving the Products, it is the client's responsibility to confirm the quantity and quality of
the Products. No returns or refunds will be accepted if the client fails to confirm upon receiving.
Photos of any faults or damage must be sent to Reborn Fanatics immediately upon receiving
your items. Do not accept your parcel from the courier if the package is opened or damaged.
Report immediately to Reborn Fanatics if any damage to your parcel is witnessed.
## 6. Courier Fees
All courier fees and courier fees for purchases over the amount of R2000 will be calculated when
a client decides to buy the item. The client will be responsible for these fees.
## 7. Returns and Refunds
Except as set out in these Terms, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final.
## 8. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes
by posting the updated Terms on our website.
## 9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our business is located.
